Currently, Mukhtar does not express any fears as the investment environment is promising and encouraging, and the hotel services in the city witness fierce competition under a large influx of guests from various provinces of the Republic. In addition, he is considered the real owner of the hotel after getting rid of the burden and costs of large rentals.
