Our Goals

  • Developing inclusive financial services with a focus on small and microenterprises, small farmers and housing. In addition, developing sustainable and diversified savings, transfers and insurance services addressing the clients’ needs in complete compliance with Islamic Sharia’a (such as Murabaha, Mudaraba, Leasing, Istina’ and Salam) as well as facilitating our clients’ access to non-financial services through partnering with local and international institutions to support the success and sustainability of their businesses.
  • Accessing the largest number of targeted clients in the most efficient ways through expanding geographically in all governorates but most specifically in rural areas. This will be done through the strengthening of existing branches and opening new branches mainly in underserved and unserved areas leveraging TIIB’s (Tadhamon International Islamic Bank) branches and other partners’ presence, and using digital means and mobile banking.
  • Introducing and using the latest technologies in financial services provision to clients, automating all transactions and service to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Strengthening institutional capacity on multiple levels through the creation of highly qualified staff through working on talent management and implementing good governance principles, developing and updating policies and procedures, enhancing internal control and risk management to comply with best practices in the sector as well as activating the communication and international relations and research and development units in order to ensure continuous improvement.
